SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Deliveries can only be sent to the address indicated by the purchaser on the order form, provided this address is within the stipulated geographical zone. The purchaser is responsible for all risks once the goods leave our warehouses.

1. Geographical delivery area and transportation costs

The online sale of products and services presented in this site is reserved for purchasers resident in France, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and Belgium. The geographical area identified by a consumer may necessitate a change in the cost of transport. For France, the delivery costs are 16.80 Euros including tax. For the countries mentioned above delivery and transport costs are 32 Euros including tax.

 

2Delivery information

 

SERNAM has been entrusted with the responsibity for the delivery of your product to the address you designated when you made your order.  The shipper does not have to enter your dwelling place, go upstairs or install your apparatus.   They have the right to leave your package at the entry point of the building or at the door of your house.

 

3. Delivery period

 

We strive to ensure your article is delivered within the timeframe indicated when your order was confirmed.

 

For articles in stock, we can delivery within 48 to 72 hours for the areas we cover (including France). Length of time taken for delivery noted on our homepage is purely indicative. Delivery time may vary in the event we are out of stock (you will be advised by email). The delivery period commences as soon as we receive your payment.

4.receiving the product

 

Receipt must take place in the presence of the delivery person. The consumer should check the condition of the products and check that they function correctly on arrival. The customer should carefully check the product delivered functions correctly and read the instruction notice provided with the apparatus. He should follow the assembly instructions provided with the apparatus meticulously in order to avoid any error.

 

By signing the delivery note, the consumer accepts the delivered product as is, and henceforth claims for damage during transportation will not be accepted. The onus is on the consumer to check everything and to detail any reservation on the delivery note when the material arrives and if necessary to address their complaint to the shipping agent.
If you are absent from you domicile at the time of delivery, a note of passage will be left in your letter box with the contact details of the delivery agent, so that you may contact them to establish another delivery date.

 

5. Complaints

 

If a product does not correspond to your order, the customer must inform us within seven days of the arrival date of the product by registered post with confirmation of receipt if they wish to retain their retraction at the following address.

If the articles are damaged, if there are parts missing or parts substituted, the purchaser must not accept the package and attach a written note signed and dated on the delivery slip or the shipper's delivery record book (for example, package refused, was open or damaged). 

 

If the product has been accepted, the customer can contact us to organise the return of the product as per the procedures outlined in these pages. „Returns and Cancellations“. In both cases (acceptance or refusal of the package), the reasons for so doing must be indicated on the bill of delivery.

 

 

In the event of undisputed damage, the complaint must be forwarded to the transport company within three days of reception of the article by registered mail with confirmation of receipt of the product. A copy of the letter must be sent to the address cited below.

 

The annotated copies of the delivery receipt and the letter addressed to the shipper have to be attached to the products being returned. If no reservation has been expressed, we will not be in a position to take into consideration any possible disappearance or to reimburse you.
