Returns and Cancellations policy

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

 

By law, you have a seven day time-frame starting from the day of receipt to inform us of your intention to return the product and your reason for so doing (art. L121-20 of the Consumer Code).   You should first contact us at support@barlizer.com  and an email will be forwarded to you informing you that we accept the returned product and reimbursement. You can then send the product to the following address:

In the event of the application of the law of retraction, you will be reimbursed or the product that did not correspond to your order (defective or non-standard). 
We accept the return of merchandise under the following conditions: 
The returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, complete with all documentation, instructions, any accessories and receipt of purchase. 
Following our in-house verification of the returned product, we will either reimburse or exchange. 
If the returned article is incomplete or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the reimbursement proportionally as per the recommendations of the SAV  whats this? 
Reimbursement will copy the method of payment, by electronic transfer within a 30 day period from the date of receipt of the product. 

In all cases, shipping charges and risks relating to the return of the product are the responsibility of the purchaser.
